Teachers will learn the Outdoor Skill of cooking with Dutch Ovens. Cast Iron Dutch Ovens are a versatile tool for campfire cooking. This program will walk teachers through how to cook in a Dutch Oven on hot coals, including what supplies they will need to get started and various methods for using a Dutch Oven. Teachers will learn how to prepare and cook an appetizer, a main dish, and a dessert!

- How to Tie a Knot and bait a Hook
- Five Common Missouri Fish-Their Anatomy, Habitat, and Life Cycle
- Fishing with Lures and Fishing Regulations
Upon completion of the training schools will be eligible for fishing equipment in order to teach the lessons to their students.
