Conservation education programs engage students through hands-on, outside activities. Students get excited about lessons that connect them to nature, and research shows a decrease in student behavior issues on the days students are engaged in conservation education.
Attend an MDC teacher workshop to receive training on how to improve conservation education in your Missouri classroom, home-school class, or youth group. Learn how to incorporate our curriculum in your lessons for students in grades pre-K through 12, and find out how to apply for grants and equipment loans.
