There is a big plus to naturescaping or even having a small butterfly garden around the school campus. The youth have the opportunity to be engaged with hands-on activities, data collecting and science notebooking. Adding attractive native plants to the school landscape will help provide valuable habitat for songbirds, butterflies, hummingbirds and vital pollinators.
