Nature Unleashed - 3rd - 5th Grade

Check out the Missouri Department of Conservation's Grades 3-5 Discover Nature Schools Curriculum - Nature Unleashed! This training offers teachers the chance to become more familiar with the MLS-supported curriculum lessons, the teacher guide and the student materials. Bring ecosystem investigations to life as students explore local food chains, animal adaptations and define producer and consumer roles. Learn teaching strategies when taking your students outside to explore our variety of Missouri's ecosystems. Plus, a non-competitive school-wide grant is available and provided through MDC to help you with classroom materials and field experiences - including transportation costs!
