Missouri Project WET (Water Education for Teachers)

Missouri's waters move through living and nonliving systems and binds them together in a complex web of life.  This is a hands-on educator course suitable for homeschool parents, youth leaders and teachers.  We will be in the nature center's classroom and outside!   It's a day of fun learning.  Project WET gives us field tested activities for formal and non-formal educators of children from K through high school.

All participants will receive a WET Curriculum & Activity Guide (that can't be purchased) by attending this full course.  There will be special attention given to Missouri's local waters of streams, rivers and wetlands and how to develop school and community water festivals.  Any questions please feel free to E-mail the instructor, Jeff Cantrell.

The check may be brought to the class, and made out to "MSU Project WET"

* Discover Nature School unit, Nature Unhooked will be introduced, but this class does not cover DNS training requirements.
