Nature Revealed

Ever wonder how biologists study fish, forests and wildlife? In this workshop, you’ll learn from the experts! Get immersed in real-life conservation with Conservation Educators and Resource Biologists at five sites in the St. Louis region. Collect and measure fish, track wildlife, sample and identify insects, do bird banding, assess trees to improve forest health and more. You’ll get certified in one of our free Discover Nature - Schools instructional units, which come with funding for classroom materials and field experiences. Learn about outdoor skills such as archery, shooting sports, fishing and canoeing. On the last day of the workshop, we'll take an eye-opening canoe trip on the Meramec River. Class size limited to 25. Registration deadline July 1.
