This access is about 3.3 miles upstream of the MDC Mammoth Access.

The entire Big River from Council Bluffs Lake to its confluence with the Meramec River is a Stream Black Bass Special Management Area. Special black bass harvest restrictions apply. See the Wildlife Code of Missouri for more information.

Directions
The Washington State Park Access (MO DNR) is north off of Highway 21 between De Soto and Old Mines. The access is located on the west side of the Big River.
